Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! We ship all orders directly from our fulfilment center in Wellington, New Zealand. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer several shipping options for our customers within New Zealand, depending on your delivery needs and location.

Please note: Ensure you select "Rural Courier" at checkout if your address is designated as rural to avoid delivery delays.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! We ship to Australia, Asia, the United States, Canada, the UK, Europe, the South Pacific, and the Rest of the World.

All international orders are sent via a Tracked and Signature service, with an estimated delivery time of 4-10 working days.

Economy Untracked (For Lightweight A4 Prints)

If you are only purchasing flat, lightweight items like A4 prints (must weigh under 200g in total), you qualify for our Economy Letter rates. Please note that this option does not include tracking or signature on delivery, and transit times are longer.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Our standard international rates apply globally across all our supported shipping zones:

(Note: All shipping prices are shown in NZD. If your order exceeds 5kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Since all international orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is available at the destination address to receive the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in tracking it down.
